Dinosaur Land Koozies. COMING SOON!!
- Shannon JWith a week of dinosaur homeschool curriculum under our belts, we ventured to dinosaur land for some hands-on learning. We went on a Wednesday midday and were the only visitors. Like others have said, the condition of the dinosaur/characters adds to the charm of the attraction. We spent about an hour walking the trail and learning about the dinosaurs on exhibit. Just have fun, and don't take anything too seriously.
- Angelina GGreat place to go see fake dinosaurs. They are not all made to scale, but still pretty cool. It's also funny to see how some of the dinosaurs turned out. Overall fun place for the family with a nice gift shop.
- Allison IIf you have young children who love dinosaurs, they will love this place! The dinosaurs could use a fresh coat of paint, but the appeal/magic for little humans is still there despite being poorly updated. It’s funny, the old vibe is kind of what makes it more fun. They have some great dinosaur books and gifts in the gift shop too. The other side of the shop is pretty uninviting to those in favor of civil rights with confederate paraphernalia strewn proudly all over the place. We get that it’s Virginia, but it’s incredibly uncomfortable when you want to support a fun place and also feel like you don’t want to patronize a place that sells/promotes harmful ideas/paraphernalia.
